MACH27 has helped modernize the overarching Irvine Company brand platform by refining its vision, mission, principles and core business alignments. We have developed custom brand platforms, strategies, experiences and creative solutions on the corporate, divisional and sub-brand level to help define and promote the unique characteristics and value of Irvine and Southern California to lure businesses, residents, and visitors from all over the world.

For Irvine Company Office we helped align properties and services into a new paradigm of workplace communities focused on work-life enhancement, workplace enrichment and community value.
Integration and alignment across lines of business has helped shift the emphasis from individual property profiles to an interconnected whole community approach, strategically redefining the Irvine Spectrum area as a centralized downtown hub with modern offices and diverse apartment communities around a retail, lifestyle and entertainment core.





And as Irvine Company’s 50-year Master Plan came to maturity, we worked with the corporate team to expand and evolve the plan into the future. Analyzing consumer, community and civic sentiment, buyer profiles and behavior, economics, labor and housing markets and trends in education, innovation, politics, MACH27 created communication strategies and messaging throughout the organization.
