Crunchyroll: Platform Expansion & Quality Standards

Our partnership with Crunchyroll focused on executing a massive 1,500-title mandate. To manage the complexity of delivering across Amazon, Apple, and Ultrawide platforms, we developed a rapid-response workflow that allowed us to complete the content adaptation within a six-month window.

Beyond the adaptation, we supported Crunchyroll in defining visual standards for their e-commerce and marketing assets. This included retouching over 8,000 figurines in a single month—a high-volume project that required both precision and scale. By establishing clear guidelines and delivery pipelines, we helped ensure the Crunchyroll brand remained consistent across all consumer touchpoints as they expanded their global reach.
